When shopping at Komonshoes Danish laws apply. As consumer you are protected by the official law when buying. 


Payment: 
Komonshoes.com accepts Credit Cards such as Visa Electron, Maestro, Dankort, JCB, American Express.  

When the order has been made you will receive an order confirmation by your e-mail. This e-mail confirms that the order has been received. The legally-binding buying contract takes effect, when you have received an e-mail from us saying that the shoes have been sent. 

Return and Exchanges: 
Komonshoes offers the right of return within 14 days starting from the day you receive the goods. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired, and let us know about the return on e-mail jp@komonshoes.com. 

If you wish to return or make an exchange, we have placed a return label in the packet. To ensure a smooth reimbursement please write us an e-mail jp@komonshoes.com, to let us know that the shoes are being returned. 

Returns must be in the original packaging, and it must not show any signs of wear, damage, stains or smells such as smoke or perfume. If these measures are not met, we cannot accept the return.  

In the case of cancellation, we will reimburse all payments from you, apart from the delivery cost. We will make the reimbursement using the same original payment method, as was used in the original payment. 

When we have received the package, we will handle it within 5 working days. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 

Complaints 
If you have complaints about the products, please send us a picture of the flaws or defects and your order number to jp@komonshoes.com. 


Order Cancellation 
Komonshoes reserves the right to cancel an order, if it is not possible to deliver the goods that has been ordered. If this situation should happen, you will be notified, and all payments or reservations made on a payment will be released.
